Warranty

• Resistance to weathering protecting white window and door profiles made of UPVC from unnatural colour changes or cracked surfaces, with the exception of miter cracks
• Resistance to weathering protecting window and door profiles made of UPVC that are foil-coated on the inside from unnatural color changes or cracked surfaces, with the exception of mitre cracks.
• Resistance to weathering protecting anodized or powder-coated window and door profiles made of aluminium from unnatural color changes or cracked surfaces.
• No condensation between the panes of insulating glass with stainless steel or aluminium spacers.
• The function of the timber, thermal foam and aluminium profile composite system is guaranteed for all timber/aluminium window systems provided that the Internorm fitting and maintenance guidelines have been followed.
• The function of the adhesive and sealing of insulating glass panes with the window profiles is guaranteed for all timber/aluminium window systems provided that the Internorm fitting and maintenance guidelines have been followed.
• The bonding of glued Georgian/feature bars.

• PVD-coated entrance door handles are guaranteed against corrosion if there is no mechanical damage.
• Resistance to weathering protecting against unnatural color changes or surface cracks in door fillings. There is no warranty for changes in the surface appearance as a result of dirt.

• Resistance to weathering protecting against unnatural color changes or surface cracks for roller shutter profiles made of UPVC.
• Resistance to weathering protecting against unnatural color changes or cracked surfaces for anodized or powder-coated roller shutter and blind profiles made of aluminium.
• The function of the window or door fittings is guaranteed provided that the Internorm fitting and maintenance guidelines have been followed.

Furthermore, Internorm issues a commitment that products can be repeatedly serviced by our experts (original parts not obligatory), so as to retain their full function for a period of 30 years.

However, this presupposes that the frame construction (frame and sash) is not damaged. The 30-year period starts from the production date. The services required to maintain the functionality, including the necessary materials, labor etc., will be invoiced according to the currently valid rates.
